Which class takes skill?

I've seen lots of people mention skill. They say sap takes no skill, switching targets to blind takes no skill, priest penance takes no skill.

Then what does take skill? every ability is just a button. By the logic I see here, almost every class is equal. Hitting mutilate next to someone takes as much skill as hitting someone with a crusader strike, or a mortal strike. Blind takes as much skill as scatter shot and psychic scream and howl of terror.

The only "skill" I think arena actually takes is coordination with your partner. Using cooldowns/abilities at exactly the right times?

I don't know... it seems to me that no matter what class you play, CCs and damage abilities take the same amout of skill to use, it's just the potency of the abilites that makes them different.

Because say, mutilate might hit harder than shadowword death, does it really mean that shadowword death takes more skill to use?

Or do situations where a priest has to SWD right before a poly take skill?

What actually takes skill in the game?

@CG: world boss idea: Giant crab.

It takes skill if it's my class. The guy I am playing against on the other hand is a faceroller. Now when I am facerolling, that's my skill you're seeing. :)

Seriously, though one of the more interesting angles on this debate IMO, is which classes or specs take the least skill to be decent at. I believe every spec requires a lot of skill at the very upper levels of PvE or PvP play (I mean, if you're a hard-mode attempting guild or a potential gladiator). However, some specs can do decent (or better!) even in the hands of a virtual novice.

P.S. This is GC. I have no idea who "Adernaanan" is.
