* 1 cup shredded smoked Cheddar cheese
1. Preheat oven to broil.
2. Place each muffin open-faced on a cookie sheet. Spread each half with mashed avocado; place halves close together. Distributing ingredients evenly, cover each half with sprouts, tomatoes, onion, dressing, sesame seeds and cheese.
3. Place under broiler for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Oooooooohhhhhhh.
I'm normally satisfied by fresh tomato, ground pepper, and mayonnaise on 12-grain, but that sounds delicious. :)

Forum names and armory names have a bit in common. They can exist in the system long after they no longer exist on a realm. Just keep that in mind. Now, if you hop on that realm and /friend them and they are there, yup - they exist under that name.
