Full Refund to a Vendor?

Bought something on accident for 85g from a vendor, the item says i can sell it for a FULL refund back to the vendor but when i do that i only get 25g. Is this working as intended? I think this needs to be better clarified in game if its working as intended.

I am very sorry for the confusion this may have caused, Fatfree. The 2 hour refunds are only for items purchased with alternate currency (honor, arena points, etc...) it does not apply to items purchased with gold.

Apparently the tooltip for this item receives the message for some reason. This would be best reported via the Bug Report Forums so it can be looked into by our Quality Assurance Department.
