Ever since I've merged accounts with Battle.net everything has gone wrong. On numerous occasions (including the past 24 hours) I've been unable to log on to WoW on my battle.net Account, but it will let me log on regular accounts. Can I be un-merged?

Q u o t e:
I can't find the blue post on this right now, but, you cannot unmerge accounts.

This is actually incorrect. :)

As Billing office hours are presently Monday thru Friday, Ripstorm, response prior to the conclusion of this weekend is sincerely unlikely.

I would encourage you to phone in, if possible. This will allow you a more direct line of communication (no pun intended) and perhaps eliminate redirections should a call-in be necessary. :)

Let's not bump posts from April folks.

Battle.net accounts are going to be required to play, very soon.

You may want to pursue the reason why you can't log in instead.

The most common is a port issue - or a virus scanner that may need tweaking to allow a Battle.net connection.

Trend Micro Anti-Virus is the most notable one for that.

Contacting our Tech support folks would likely produce good results if you need help with configurations.
