Still missing dress after 600+ eggs >:(

I have been trying really hard to get all 9 or so achievments for this event - Noblegarden. Everything is just fine except for the fact that I cannot get a Simple Dress to drop for me. I must have searched over 600 eggs yet nothing. I hear people getting 4 or 5 dresses, I'm getting 3 sets of the tux, and my gf got 3 pet rabbits. What is going on with this random drop that differs so much between different toons?

Nothing really to do about it, just wanted to vent.

A friend of mine has been trying to get the dress really hard, not sure if he's at 600 eggs, but he's been working at it. He hops on an alt to do some of the achievements, on the alt he's at 5 dresses now.

For some reason I can't determine he is a little upset at the moment. *shrug*
