They make millions, but they refuse to go the extra mile for you. Welcome to Blizzard GM support at its worst.

[[Removed]] whispers: *A void hole appears and [Removed] steps through it* Hail Durkain, I am Game Master [[Removed]. Do you have a moment to discuss your ticket?
To [[Removed]]: HI
To [[Removed]]: yes sir
Excellent, I understand there is an issue with another player, correct?
To [[Removed]]: yes sir
To [[Removed]]: they dropped a portal to exodar on top of the WG portal when it appeared for battle
[[Removed]] whispers: I am so very sorry to hear that Durkain. Unfortunately, the actions do not violate our policies. The portal has a tooltip and you will be able to tell the destination. Just something to look out for. You could also fly over to Wintergrasp before
To [[Removed]]: no
To [[Removed]]: it happend (sic) right on top of the WG portal
[[Removed]] whispers: the battle begins to avoid any such issues.
To [[Removed]]: they did it to send half the raid to Exodar instead of WG so they could win
To [[Removed]]: if this is your response to this its going up on the boards. and ALOT of peopel will be VERY VERY upset
To [[Removed]]: the portal was on top of the WG portal
To [[Removed]]: if you refuse to do something about this, you will be hearing from ALOT of players
[[Removed]] whispers: I'm afraid that it is my response. The actions you have reported do not currently violate our policies. I am very sorry you have had to experience such an issue.
[[Removed]] whispers: If you would like to make a suggestion about changing the policy on this issue, I will be glad to hand deliver it to those who can change it.
To [[Removed]]: one last question
[[Removed]] whispers: Sure?
To [[Removed]]: i have 50% disarm reduction with talents, 50% disarm reduction with titanium weapon chain, and 50% disarm reduction with titanium plating on my shield. Why am I still getting disarmed for 3 seconds at least at a time?
To [[Removed]]: thats 150%
[[Removed]] whispers: I am very truly sorry but I am not allowed to discuss game play mechanics. I will note this issue and forward it along for further investigation.
To [[Removed]]: Oh ok. So what exactly can you do as a GM to help me with anything?
To [[Removed]]: just wondering
[[Removed]] whispers: If you would like to better understand our policies and what we may be able to assist with, please visit www.worldofwarcraft.com/policy.
[[Removed]] whispers: Was there anything else I can assist you with today?
To [[Removed]]: thanks [Removed]. can you link the forums? i'd like to post our conversation
[[Removed]] whispers: You may find our forums at http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com
To [[Removed]]: Thanks [Removed]! Have a great week :)
[[Removed]] whispers: Take care Durkain. Please feel free to submit another petition if any further issues should arise. Feel free to submit your feedback of our conversation by sending an email to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com.

So in other words. You MAKE them ALOT of money, and they only will do the bare minimum for you. This is how it seems. That GM helped me with absolutely NOTHING. What a waste of employment and my time.

And btw...what exactly was the minimum that he did do for me. Oh yeah, he passed me off to some links on the site that help me with absolutely nothing related to what my issues and questions were.

This stinks.
