[BUG] Quest: Threat From Above (Daily Group)

i have currently completed this quest(Threat From Above) 3 times, all times with a group. while completing the quest the first time my fellow guildmember asked me if i was actually on the quest, becuase it wasnt showing up in his log that i was on the same quest as him, i assured him i was and we completed the quest, after turning the quest in i noticed that i didnt receive any reputation, i asked my fellow guildmember and he said that he had received reputation for the quest. not knowing what my previous rep was exactly i thought that maybe i had received the rep but it just hadnt shown up in the chat log. so i waited until the next day and did the quest again with the same person and this time i was careful to check my reputation, but still nothing, and again my friend had received the appropriate reputatoin. so i put up a GM ticket and the next day(today), a GM contacted me. funnily enough while i was doing that very quest. i completed the quest while speaking to the GM, however i didnt turn it in, and i asked the GM whether or not i should wait to turn it in and they said yes to please wait. the solution they came up with was to reset my UI, by deleting my WTF, Cache and Interface folders and then turn the quest in. when i asked if i could be reimbursed the reputation i was turned down. so i deleted the folders opened wow back up and turned the quest in and still no reputation.

now i ask for a solution to this problem, and if possible a reputation reimbursment. i have opened another ticket but it will take a day or two to get in contact with them
