Account Hacked, character transferred, no res

My account was hacked a while ago while i was in break (like 2 months ago). I come back now and see my password doesn't work. I retrieve it and put a authenticator on it. After a couple hours I thought about it , and assumed I was safe, as I had gotten it all back, and the authenticator is hard to always have around. So I take it off, and big mistake, my account is hacked again and by the time I call the next day (yesterday), my main character (Rylie, Laughing Skull server) has been transferred to a different account (<removed>).

I've tried to talk to account admin, but no response, the hacker is probably selling my stuff or doing damage to my characters, I really need some help here!

I can confirm that our Account Administration team has received your character transfer report and they will be looking into this as soon as possible, Rylie. Please allow them some time to reply, as all claims are reviewed and processed in the order they are received.

Additionally, while I can understand how having an authenticator on your account can cause some inconvenience, it may be worth it for the added protection.
