In-game Ticketing System Issues

11:45pm PDT: Issues regarding the in-game ticketing system have now been resolved, and tickets are once again being normally processed in the order that they are received. Please note that due to the high volume of petitions, it may be some time before a Game Master is able to address your petition. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience that these issues have caused and thank you for your patience during this time.

10:45pm PDT: The implementation process has progressed very well. We have come upon the final stages of the process and we anticipate that we will have full functionality restored soon.

8:10pm PDT: Implementation for the fix has begun. This process will take a few hours to complete. We will have additional information as we continue to make progress.

6:30pm PDT: This issue remains our top priority. We are currently in the final stages of testing the solution. Further information will be provided in several hours.

We are currently experiencing issues with our in-game ticketing system which are preventing us from processing tickets and causing heavy delays. Resolving these issues are currently our highest priority. We are continuing to investigate what is causing this and we will provide further updates throughout the day.
