I have been informed that the issues being experienced with the realms is two-fold; the issue that was being experienced initially should be resolved at this time. However, as the realms are being brought up after they go down, they are being overwhelmed with the number of players attempting to connect to them at the same time as quickly as possible.
Because of this, it is possible that they will to go down again immediately after starting up again. It is recommended that, when your realm comes back online, you give it a few minutes to populate and stabilize before logging into it again.
We certainly understand the frustration that this is causing all of you, and our technicians are working to resolve the matter and get all of you back online and playing. We are also closely monitoring the situation to ensure that no other issues are being experienced from this point forward.

In order to consolidate our information, and allow for a discussion regarding the matter at hand, please keep all comments regarding issues that you have experienced in this thread, and appropriate.
Should you find that your character is stuck — in an instance, or otherwise — please report the issue to our in-game support staff. Please make sure to use the "Character Stuck" button when submitting a ticket of this kind as well as including as much information regarding your issue as possible (character name/realm, etc).
