They are still available for sale, just currently out of stock. As for the Mobile Authenticator, we do plan to expand to other phones at a later point in time.

Is it possible yet to tie multiple authenticators to one account? I'd gleefully tie three to my account if I could, but as it is I don't want to risk the inevitable loss / breaking of the single one that is permitted.

The system isn't designed to allow for multiple authenticators to be tied to one account, however you can tie several accounts to one authenticator.
