Anyone else NOT excited about dungeon maps?

I'm just curious if anyone else is unhappy with this change. I guess I always figured it was a deliberate choice made by the devs.

To me, the dungeons should have a certain amount of mystery. They seemed uncharted and exciting. I could understand the idea of uncovering the world map as you go in the sense that a person could scrawl out a map as they go. However, even that seemed lame to me in the sense that the picture of a hero stopping from fast paced combat to draw a map seemed really anti-climactic.

I understand that by now many of us have seen all the dungeons and this will make it easier to traverse them.

I guess for me the new maps make me feel less like an adventurer and more like a tourist.

I love it. Dungeon maps give me a better idea of the scope and scale of a dungeon. A lot of dungeons have very cool lay outs to the point where I've always wanted some sense of a bird's eye view of where I am and where I'm heading. I think these new maps do that.

It's also kind of nice to see where your group is. :)

Any plans of back porting this to old-world dungeons?

It's definitely something we'd like to do.

You guys would *like* to do a lot of things that never happen.

Not trying to criticize really, just fact of life. Lot of things on the old "to do" list.

Thumbs up on the new maps though.

What can I say? We're ambitious! ;)
