UPDATE:

We will endeavor to resolve the issues reported in this thread as soon as we possibly can. Moving forward, please submit an in-game petition including the following information:

• Always use the ‘Character Stuck’ button when you submit this kind of petition.
• Include the name and realm of the stuck character.
• Include where your character was before they got stuck
• Mention whether you are stuck at the loading screen, are unable to remain in-game, are trapped on terrain, are unable to find your body, or fell ‘through the world’

Our Game Master staff will do all they can to get you back into the game and playing as rapidly as possible.

It has come to our attention that some players are becoming stuck in instances, and we'd like to help free you all as soon as possible.

Those of you who are currently stuck inside an instance can create a post in this thread including the following information:

Character Name:
Realm:
Battlegroup:
Instance Name:

We will take steps to free you as soon as we're able to.

Not yet. We may not be in a position to assist directly with that issue as we can with those that are stuck in-game, but rest assured that we're working to get everything running smoothly as soon as we can.

We may be in a position to 'free' those that are 'trapped' en masse inside instances though, so I was hoping to gather some information which can enable us to do so, that's all =).

Added an 'Instance' category to the requested information too, since that may prove useful.
