EDIT: Blizzard should consider changing this, there are so many consequences of this new glyph system, and I'm surprised more people haven't brought it up yet.
1) Some of these new glyphs are going to be VITAL. For example, dk frost PVP spec w/o howling blast glyph is entirely gimp. Rogue survival was addressed with COS glyph, which nobody can even get for probably a couple months now (well after s6 starts). I'm a pvper so I mainly only know some pvp glyphs off the top of my head, but I'm sure some of these are vital for maximum dps/healing as well.
2) It is IMPOSSIBLE, yes IMPOSSIBLE to get all 50. I've already spent almost 5 hours and not a single book. If it takes on average ~10 hours for one, nobody is going to farm enough to get all 50 (lol 500 hours of farming!?!?). You also will never be able to buy all these. They are easily worth 2k+ gold; assuming 2k as the cost thats 100,000 gold for all 50 books (nobody will every afford that).
3) Complete RNG money making. A guy can get lucky and actually get a book, and then get lucky again and learn an extremely good glyph (glyph of cloak of shadows), and charge 200g per glyph with NO competition for months. While another person could farm 5 hours a day and maybe eventually get a glyph and learn some random bad glyph nobody wants.
I seriously hope this gets changed.
Suggested Solutions:
1) Convert to a token based system similar to JC: Perform a daily and get a token, purchase a glyph recipe via a token or 2.
2) Revert back to inscription research again: Snowfall inks have almost no use now besides darkmoon cards, which most people who are gonna buy a deck have already have. The price of these are dropping each month.
3) Make the book only drop for scribes and up the drop rate.
4) Perform a daily for a book of glyph mastery. This keeps the RNG of learning one, but at least you are guaranteed a glyph each day in a timely fashion.
