one of my friends just said this only has 50 charges? Please say it's not true T-T I haven't been this excited about a loot card in a long time.

Aye, as mentioned the "Common" loot cards tend to have charges.

They fall in the same category as the "Papa Hummel's Old-Fashioned Pet Biscuit" and the "Path of Illidan" items.
