Equipment manager, in or not?

A new Equipment Manager feature has been added. This feature can be turned on from the Interface Options, and will enable managing up to ten separate sets of equipped items.

was in the live patch notes, so, is it in or is that just a little slip up?

Equipment Manager will not be going live with 3.1. If it's in the client patch notes, then the note wasn't pulled before the client notes were added.

It is not being scrapped. We intend to release it as soon as we are able and happy with the functionality of it.
