Defense Protocol Beta - First Completion Bag With Emblems

Just finished Occulus for the daily heroic and did it on Beta difficulty. No one in the group received the bag with 3 extra emblems for completing the first titan rune dungeon for the day like we got in Phase 2. Is this intentional or bugged?

We don’t yet have an ETA for a fix, and will provide a further update when we do.

We’ve just deployed a hotfix for this issue.

Please note that the fix will not apply to any instance that was already started.
