Shattering Throw?

As a warrior i dont want this to be the magic bullet, one button, one push, 5 min cd and OP results. I really dont want this one ability to be the balancing thing in pvp and all other loose ends are directed to "well you got shattering throw now".

Seems like a quick patch up ability to me to balance everything but id rather get through a tough situation through skill not a op ability once every 5 mins.

Ive got no real way to explain it but if a change like heroic throw took place i may be more for it Example:
heroic throw 30 sec CD, interrupts the spell being cast preventing from being casted for 2 seconds, goes through immunity and breaks absorption effects.

^ that just seems more consistant than one op throw despite how much i hate ret and holy pallies in arena i don think it is neccessary to push is into the rock, paper, scissors of bubble class-->remove bubble class.

We wanted to give the ability to remove bubbles to a class other than priest’s Mass Dispel. Warriors had lost one of their unique PvP mechanics when other classes got Mortal Strike, which we thought was one of the abilities that had become too important for only one class to have in PvP (much like Mass Dispel).

It seemed like a natural fit for warriors.

Q u o t e:

Not trying to be a smart ass or anything, but why then were Warlocks told that Chaos Bolt couldn't pierce immunity because it would make immunity trivial to have if too many classes could break it? I'm not defending Warlocks per se, but I am concerned that this may lead to yet another class picking up an ability in the future that will also be able to break immunities.

Chaos Bolt was going to work totally differently, and would have been overpowered (it caused much more damage for one thing). Aside from the “piercing immunities” terminology, it’s really not a very apt comparison.
