npkcrypt service failed to start?

ok ive had this problem off and on wheere my wow hard locks my comp so i decide to do my own investigation after i havent had much help from these forums but if i look until my computer management i see i got a bunch of errors under event viewers->system

each of the errors seem to be happening right when i crashed or hard lock they all say the same below:

The npkcrypt service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the path specified.

if anyone has seen this or maybe is experiencing/ed the same problem please lend me a hand, advice, or anything at all for that matter
ive tried all the other methods also updating drivers dusting the computer itself

Hi Astyle,

That file seems to be from a game of some type. Have you tried to stop it from starting up in the Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services ? It may stop one of your games from working but it'll let you know if it's causing other problems.

You may want to do a search on the internet to see which games it came with. It'll help you track it down and possibly uninstall it.
