Fury and Ret left out in the cold

With the moving of Weapon Mastery into the Arms tree, Fury warriors have lost their "expertise" talents, and Arms becomes the only tree in the game to have multiple talents granting "expertise" come 3.1. While I /cheer for my Arms brothers and sisters, I have to wonder whether there are any plans to grant passive expertise to any Fury talents in the future.

Additionally, Ret Paladins are the only melee spec in the game to have no way of gaining passive expertise from talents, and I've heard that expertise will be of higher value to Ret with the changes to judgement damage in the patch.

Are these concerns anything the development team has looked at/mulled over for a future patch?

Here is my suggestion for if they do have plans for this in the future:

Change precision in the fury tree to grant 2/4/6 expertise while dual wielding in addition to it's current form, and add a precision talent in about tier 7 of ret to grant either 2/4/6 or 1/2/3/4/5 expertise with two-handed weapons.

We do sort of like the idea of giving different melee classes and specializations different ways of building expertise, whether through talents or gear. It is something we'll be watching very closely though, particularly with regard to Fury warriors once 3.1 hits the live realms.

If it ends up feeling like a lack of passive expertise in the Fury tree is causing Fury warrior DPS to suffer even when appropriately geared, we won't shy away from reevaluating the way the tree is set up.
