Question for GC Concerning AoE

I'm not too sure what to do. I really like the Huns, not having to build houses really saves on wood and manpower, and Tarkans are great.

Then there are the Mongols. Drill is absolutely amazing if I can stall to the Imperial Age, but I am having consistency problems with this army and I always seem to crap out midway through Castle Age, so idk.

Which should I pick, GC? Huns or the Mongols? Or should I go for a different civilization altogether?

I've been playing AoC off and on since it came out, but I've been playing it quite a bit lately, and I'm getting my tail whipped!

I was always a big Mangudai fan myself. Huns were more about killing buildings with horses, which was never my style. The pop cap mechanic was interesting though and led us to be more bold with the AoE3 mechanics. Byzantines were one of those classic civs that can't do anything until they get a huge Imperial army and then they explode with trampling Cataphracts. It can be fun, but kind of a one-trick pony.

EDIT: Did you have something to do with AoE3 GC?

Kinda. :)
