Evidence for 3.1 release date

Generally speaking, new realms are created when we feel there is a need for them. We assess this need based on what happens with the population as a result of these larger patch releases since that is when we generally will see a resurgence of players returning to play. We're not at a point right now though to share whether new realms will be warranted and we don't generally announce new realms until they are available for players or transfers.

Season changes are the only times that we tend to share a possible release date and we like to stress that that date could change even up until the last minute if we feel it's not ready for release.

It's as solid as we could get. It was posted with the idea of giving some advance notice the same as the prior seasons. We even had one season by which we didn't make the anticipated week and the patch was released the following week. We wanted to make sure that people were aware this same possibility could exist.
