to scam people with paypal. Those who buy accounts I am not saying it is right, but I also think it is a little absurd that a person is going around claiming multiple accounts on servers belong to him.
His paypal acct is from and I am wondering what can be done about people who do stuff like this?
He creates false claims which would harm the actual user of the account. I know blizz has a way to track if accounts are sold or traded etc. so it doesn't have any direct effect on the person since they are not actually selling the account or doing anything but appears to being used for this scam.
I don't know what blizzard can do about it, but it seems since blizzards accounts are being used as the object of the scam it might be of interest.
