Abuse of multiple accounts on a pvp realm

First off, my in game character is Mennoknight. For some reason, the forums still think I'm Menno (I think it might be a Battle.net issue) So if you are looking up my charector, look for Mennoknight, not Menno.

We have a Multi-boxer on our server. He rolled here during BC with a group of 36 orc shamans. When the Pve->pvp transfer was lifted he also transfered his 10 box original group. He plays horde. PvP was rather entertaining with him around, but there was always a way for us to overcome the burst and we actually had some great battles.

But with the release of Wrath, you created a non-instanced battleground (Wintersgrasp). This place is a lot of fun, not only for the battles, but also for the instance that allows players to start quickly gearing. When the game first launched, alliance/horde had a 50/50 win ratio.

Then thinks started to change. I don't know if he transferred the toons from other server, bought new accounts to use RaF, or simply rerolled, but the Multiboxer now has at least 6 alliance accounts on our server as well. In and of itself, this isn't an issue because a lot of players do this. The problem is that he seems to have them solely for Wintersgrasp.

If we own the fortress, he'll be the first person at the turrets on one side so when the game starts he'll camp on them and refuse to fire. he'll then use his horde toons to tell the attacking force which side he controls and they can essentially steamroll into the inner sanctum.

If we don't own wintersgrasp, he'll stick his toons by the spirit rezzer and use them to scout out where we are attacking from, so his horde multibox group (as well as other defenders) will know all of our movements even before we approach the surface.

It's gotten to the point where if he has his alliance toons on, it's very unlikely that we will be able to take the fortress, and if we control it, we'll always lose it next round because we can't stop the siege vehicles in time. When he is in trade, he has a seperate macro for each toon and will spam it with anti-alliance (or attack a particular guild) until the next battle is up, or he logs off.

It should also be noted that because he is controlling so many toons within a single zone, that several players with older systems (or poor internet) are lagged out.

I am not complaining about him multi-boxing. If he wants to pay the money for the accounts, he can do so. I don't have an issue with him having toons on both sides of our server. But he is using his alliance toons ONLY to benefit his horde toons and to keep us from controlling wintersgrasp fortress. If someone can have their account banned for using toons to harass memebers of the opposite faction (you gank someone as horde and then use an alliance guy to mock him) I would think this would fall under the same sort of "abuse" but on a larger scale.

I know you are most likely aware of this situation as horde and alliance members have been reporting him for the better part of a week. What I want to know is if there is any specific documentation you want us to get a hold of so that we can figure out a way to stop this.

Thank you for your time.

EDIT: Apparently if we are not controlling the fortress he'll take over 6-7 vehicles (however many toons he has) and keep them parked away from any pvp action to the alliance will only have 1/2 the vehicles they should.
