BoA and crusader

The only announced change currently on the test realm is this:

Some enchants now have level restrictions. Note: the enchant is never removed from the item to which it's applied, however, the player no longer receives its benefit until they reach the required level. Any enchants modified in this way have had their tooltips updated.

This may effect a Heirloom Item. You may want to inquire on the Test Realm Forums about this change. Remember that not all changes currently in testing will make it to live and some last minute additions may be made.

If may be best to wait and see.
