Ammo: Check. All types of gun and bow ammunition now stack to 1000. Blizzard has mentioned they have more they want to do as well, but couldn't get it into 3.1.

Shards: Check. Soul Shard: This item now has a maximum count of 32 in inventory. Drain Soul: Each time Drain Soul deals damage to a target which can grant experience, it now has a chance to generate a Soul Shard. Again, more stated improvements to come later as stated by Blizzard.

Totems? Nada, zip, zilch. Two totems combined into one, but that's hardly a quality of life improvement for the entire system (whereas ammo and shard systems were improved as systems). So GC, if you *think* you can improve them, when *will* you improve them? It's been talked about way too much and there's really been no discussion from you about where that's even heading. Prior to 3.1 you already started talking about ammo and shards, so why can't there be some pre-discussion and insight into what you're thinking of doing to improve the system?

Thanks.

I should have bulletproofed that comment a little more, knowing it would get a workout. :)

As just a few examples, totems, ammo and shards are all things we think we can improve in future patches and expansions. The changes we made in 3.1 to ammo and shards are just a small first step. There is always more that we want to do with this game. Always.
