Change account name

Hello,

My question is.....is there anyway to change your account name here on wow. my kids want to keep the same account, and I pay for it, but it is under my ex husbands name, and I would like to change the sign in name if possible. Or if there is a way to move all my kids characters to a new account and not lose anything such as friends and so on.

An account can be accessed by one adult (registered to the account) and one minor child (the the registered adult is the parent or legal guardian of).

We understand that when a child comes of age that they'll need access to their own account, in those cases the registered user of the account can contact our Billing Department to discuss the issue.

Your ex-husband (who is apparently registered to the account) may want to contact Billing to see what options are available.
