This thread is only for updates, folks. If you wish to make a request regarding Battle.net accounts you'll want to post in our Suggestion Forums.

It looks like our technicians are troubleshooting the issue at the moment, I have no specific update right now but will let you know as soon as I do.

Post the updates you have now please.

If I had an update, Tordek, I would pass it on. Simply asking for an update doesn't make one magically appear. The update thus far is: I have no new information. Our technicians are currently troubleshooting the issue and I will pass what updates I receive when I receive it.

Any feedback on what the issue was?

The overall issue is still being looked into, some players are still experiencing an issue logging in.

We will likely not be able to give any details on this issue.

See, I'm not the type of player that forgets about a connection issue like this.
Once I know there might be a problem, I play it safe and do all I can to fix it.

With this lack of information, you are basically putting us in the position of having to hope that the bnet login server doesnt get "undisclosed failure" @ raid time.

To me this is quite unacceptable.

You are assuming, Tordek, that there is anything that you personally can do. There isn't. Proving you specific information on a system you do not have access to or any information on would be worthless.

Our technicians are working on the overall issue and will resolve it as quickly as possible.

I am sorry for what inconvenience this has caused everyone. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
