Okay,

Paid Char Transfer.
It says "Unable to procress this Credit Card, Ring Billing etc etc"

Rang them, Didn't help at all. Tryed to do it over the phone, said the same thing.
Credit card Company didn't help at all.
So it's not them, it's blizzard.

Tryed to set up a Monthly payment.. And it says "This is not a Visa Card Valid Number"

Hrmmm?

I'm very sorry to hear you are having such a time of this, Kazex.

Unfortunately, it sounds like you've already pursued the only real option I can offer -which is to call Billing.

They are really the only department here that can address this type of issue. If they can't get it to run through, exploring other payment options is your next best choice, such as game time cards.
