Is it ok to share account?

me and a friend of mine are in the same guild and from time 2 time we have trouble filling out raid spots. he wants me to play his priest to fill out the raid, i played it once and got a "breach of conduct" letter. i had a browes through the code of conduct but couldn't find out where it states it. can someone please help?

It would certainly behoove you, Chaosblader, to refrain from accessing any account of which you are not the current subscriber; with this, restricting others from accessing your account would likely prove quite beneficial, as well.
