If you need to recover your secret Q/A you can use this form: http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowbilling/?id=abl01998p

Magashi, though you are going to be unable to alter your Secret Question / Answer, you can recover it. The link that Krypter provided will allow you to do so, while the one that Selandreia offered up if extremely helpful in changing any other information that you may wish to. :0)

So is there any way to do this now without calling the company if my account is already merged to a battle.net account? i have tried almost everything and have no idea what the answer may be.

If you do not recall your Security Question/Answer, Aquisan, you'll likely need to use the following form.

Vrakthris, can you lock this undead thread? It was revived from 2007 in 2008 and then revived today.

I could but I don't mind the zombies so much as long as the post is still relevant. :)

Ok. Just a question. Could you make a sticky about recovering a secret question?

Technically, yes. Would such a sticky be useful though or would it simply serve to clutter the first page and make it difficult to find information on more common issues?
