Upgrading a Trial Account

I'm looking to upgrade a 10-day trial to the full game and it is asking for a retail key. I thought there was a way to do this on the web through account managment? Is there?

Previously, one could successfully complete a trial-to-standard transition via the Direct Online Upgrade service; however, this particular feature is presently receiving augments to its intended functionality, and has since been temporarily disabled so that the upgrade process may proceed unhindered. Regrettably, we do not yet have an ETA to provide as to when it may again be up and running.

You will need to purchase a boxed copy of World of Warcraft if you are to move to the full version of the game, Deseis. Standard to expansion online upgrades are still being offered, though, and can be initiated through the following webpage:
