A new feature has been added allowing players to allocate talent points before confirming they’d like to spend them. This feature must be turned on in the Interface Options.

So... I have the Blizzard Authenticator app for my iPhone now, but I still have my keyring one too. Just to ask a general question, what do people think are the pros/cons between the two?

I like the way that the application version has the countdown, and how it auto refreshes once the old code is null and void. I also think that one does not have to worry about battery life with the application. I personally don’t have an iphone, and am more likely to leave my touch at home, whereas my keys go EVERYWHERE with me. . . so there is that, in my case.

I am sure there are more pros/cons…that is just my ¢¢ though.

So, is this going to be an option for other phones in the future???

http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=16019852783&pageNo=1&sid=1#4

It is possible that we may port the application to make it available for other devices in the future, but I believe we are trying to see how things go with the iPhone. :0)

I like my little keyring version. If I had enough money to get an iphone, I would probably like the phone version so I wouldn't have to worry about taking it on my keys or leaving it at home...
You could always make a fake iphone casing to put your authenticator in, and pretend! =D

I just got the Deathcharger's Reins from in Stratholme. It took me all of 13 runs.

When I started playing WoW way back when, I kept trying to get this on my first character. Never did drop...

And then when I picked up that character again shortly before Wrath's release, I ran one Stratholme run just for fun... and it dropped. <.<

The non-crazy, completely level-headed Darter is indeed still here. I hold fast to my assertion that I am not publicly traded, but thank you for your symbolic gesture. :P

With that said, if there is a stake in my back, please remove it. It screws with my aerodynamics. =/

Not-yet-sprung offspring are considered subsidiaries of Syndri, Inc and are so not publicly traded either. :)
