So... Where is the Frozen Throne?

As much fun as WotLK is, Northrend definitely isn't what I had envisioned it being. To be brutally honest, I was a bit disappointed how little disappointed how "cheerful" some of the areas seemed to be, but that's getting off point.

Icecrown looks more like I had excepted it to... with the exception of the Frozen Throne. I'm just a little bit confused about this one. Is it supposed to be inside Icecrown Citadel now? I'm sure the Lich king had time to build a fortress around it, but I kind of remember it being an island. If nothing else, certainly now right up against a mountain wall.

So... what's the deal?
