Why not triple specing?

We want to see how the system works out first. Respeccing has been part of the game for a long time and initially here we don't plan for the dual speccing system to completely replace this. We want to improve convenience in playing multiple aspects of the game but not remove the need to respec when changing things up a bit. If this is what we did want we would just go for quad specs or something.
