Razorice bug

Serrenia (Nathyrra) thinks razorice runeforge has a 75% resist rate.

Check out the screenshot he is using to PROVE that razorice has a 75% resist rate.

It's all timestamped in the exact same second; as well as the log reading (not yet recoverd) on cleanse which is only "not recovered" during a global cooldown. What a tool.

EDIT - For those of you missing the point. There are 3 times it says it failed because of NOT YET RECOVERED. It only says that in the combat log when an ability is on cooldown. Since cleanse is an instant cast with no cooldown it means 3 of those combat log entries occured during a global cooldown and weren't actually resisted. He just sucks at reading a combat log.

Item enchants sometimes have a bug where the item level (213-220ish in most of your cases) is used instead of the player level (80 for most of you) for purposes of resistance. Razorice had this bug. I believe it has been / will be hotfixed, probably just to make the debuff not dispellable to prevent it from being used to protect other debuffs.
