I run a legit casino. Everybody has had said great things about it except for those people that lose. I realize I can be banned for spam, but can I be banned for the casino itself?

This is not entirely true. While one may gamble in game (through guild raffles, or casinos, or some sort of contest), advertising, announcing, or hosting them publicly is not permitted. More information may be seen here: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=27048

Also, Ghetto, I think fellow posters have provided some sturdy advice by recommending that you ensure that your post sorting is set to "Latest Reply." You're responding to a lot of older posts, and I don't believe you're necessarily doing that on purpose. :)
