Shields: Naxx25 topping Ulduar?

Out of Ulduar 25, we have:

Seems like, except for a threat set, there's no real reason to swap out your current shield--for either of the avoidance-based shields, you're losing out on Dodge. The best itemized one is also the lowest item level, again.

Not really complaining, it's just something I found odd. The weapons (still) have Parry on them, and the top one has Expertise, but eh, Paladins are probably going to be at the hit cap anyway, so it's not really worth complaining about.
