ELemental Shaman Itemization and the Silence

GC,

Several Elemental shamans including myself have posted and asked as to why 3 pieces of Elemental T8 (as they have been spoiled) have mp5 on them.

WE have ask for a clarification on the four set bonus for our respective T8

I myself have asked is the t8 set in stone or will it be changed before 3.1 is released?

TO go along with these questions is our concern about over all Ele shaman itemization.
Are we going to see more mail Caster items with rating on them?

I hate being a pain on this issue but we really need an answer, even if it is one we don't want to here.
