How do I make a complaint against a Blizzard rep? This issue with Handshaking is annoying and preventing game time, and last I checked we're the ones paying for this game. Yet instead of courteous and helpful customer service we have a <removed> who posts on the topic like a annoyed technician talking down to luddites. "do this, 'why?' go read this <link>". and then starts locking other threads and then when he encourages people to vent about it, promptly deletes the response that criticizes his customer service.

Much appreciated. Nice to know that in a economy where the business can't afford to lose customers you can afford to treat them like ignorant, annoying cattle.
