Distress Beacon Quests - which have I done?

Mystrius, it looks like you found and turned in all three beacons but you still need to rescue the OOX's out in the Hinterlands and Tanaris.

Tanaris is indeed the only one of the three completed, Celitha. You still need the other two.

Looks like you need to head back to the Hinterlands chicken and actually finish the escort there.

The other two zones I see nothing on at this time.

This is broken up into two parts, and yes - there are three distinct zones and quests that when they have all been completed end in a bonus quest in Booty Bay.

This character has not yet started Feralas at all.

Hinterlands and Tanaris are complete.

It looks like you have done the quests for Tanaris and Ferals, Draevan, but not the Hinterlands.

You may be thinking about a different character, Sprolly. The only quests you have done on this one are the ones in Tanaris.

My vote is for unlucky, Lysunder. I've experienced this myself, some drop quick - others can take awhile.

Sort of off-topic but sort of on topic with the last post by a player. I know I haven't done any of them on this character but have a question about the beacon drops. I know they're random and sometimes my luck really sucks big time :).

My question is "If you have one of the beacons in your inventory, does it in any way affect the random chance of a different one dropping? The reason I ask is that I had the beacon for the Tanaris chicken and decided to hit the HInterlands, since I was in the area, before doing the quest in Tanaris. I spent several hours killing everything I could find in Hinterlands and never got a beacon drop there.

Nope, shouldn't have any bearing at all. I've held all 3 beacons in my inventory at times on certain toons so I know when I have them all then go run the escorts. Now, if you've already talked to the chicken - it will never drop again, nor do you need it to. At that point, you'd return to the chicken and finish the actual escort.

December, you've found and turned in the beacons in Tanaris and Feralas you still need to complete the escorts of the OOX's in those areas.

Wassa, you've found and turned in the beacons for the Hinterlands and Tanaris but only completed the Tanaris escort.

You are having bad luck, Notdeadyet, the Hinterlands quests are the only ones you haven't done yet.

You've done the quests in the Hinterlands so far, Callysta.

Dreda, you have also completed this questline and you have the pet.

Mahawar, you have completed the quests in Feralas thus far.

Shalethrus, my bumptastic Druid, you have completed the quests in Feralas and Tanaris so far.

Escaperer, you have found and turned in the beacon in Feralas but it seems you left the OOX to fend for itself. :(

Olania, you haven't started this questline yet.

Truth, you have found and turned in the beacons in the Hinterlands and Tanaris but only rescued the OOX in Tanaris.

Gibrahn, you have found the beacons in the Hinterlands and Tanaris as well but you left both of those OOX's out there alone once you returned the beacons.

I'm seeing none started yet on this character. Unless you have the beacons in your bank, you'll need to start by finding those.

Natchotank – I see none of the three started on this character yet.

Tarja – You do have Tanaris complete, as well as Hinterlands. You still have Feralas to go.

Oskor – My large green friend, I’m afraid I don’t see any of these started yet.

Aiyanaara – he’s in one of the buildings, can be a little tricky to find. Not sure about faction, but if you have a quest to see him (and you are welcome in Booty Bay), I’d recommend looking him up.

Slalin – I’m not seeing “Perfect Yeti Hide” in your completed list.

Monistatus – Tanaris and Hinterlands appear complete. You’ll still need Feralas.
