Battle.net account Wow Character Transfer?

Would the fact that we joined Multiple (2 in this case) World of Warcraft accounts under the same Battle.net account without the requirement of the same last name (Which in this case I thought the last name was a joke so I placed a fake last name on one of my accounts) supersede the restriction of character transfers from accounts without the same last name as long as they're still in the same battle.net account group?

I understand this could be a security risk however it would also promote everyone to quickly join their correct accounts along with their correct World of Warcraft accounts to minimize the possibilities of such an incident.

Just wondering if there's more FAQ around this topic that I have not witnessed and possibly don't expect a straight answer since this is obviously a new feature still under works.
