Bug or Banned?

Hi


For the past day I couldn't post on forums because it said account inactive. My friend had the same problem. I nor he didn't receive any email on being banned. I read another thread with the same issue but no answer to it. So was my account banned from forums or is this just a little bug? Oh, and I obviously paid my bills as I could still play the game.

Azabane, Vamoose—can you provide me the name and realm of a character on the affected account?

Anyone who may read this thread and is experiencing the same issue is welcome to provide the same information. :)

For reference, should an account have its posting privileges removed, a specific message will appear upon login. This message will typically note the length of the suspension received and what facet of our Code of Conduct was violated.

Vamoose, Arialle—I'll forward your information on for further review, as both accounts presently appear to be in good standing. :)

Vamoose, Cayos—Your payments are presently pending for those accounts mentioned. Regrettably, while this pending status is active, posting access may be limited. This is not an uncommon occurrence should one's billing cycle fall over the weekend.

With that said, we'll be keeping an eye on this matter to ensure that there is not an underlying issue ongoing. Please do try to keep me as updated as possible so that I may forward on any relevant information. :)

Azabane, the account to which Gauve belongs should now be able to post without issue, as payment for this next billing cycle has finalized. Please let me know if you continue to experience difficulty and, if so, in what manner. :)

Nobiz, are you receiving the exact message noted by your peers? If so, is the payment provided on the target account currently listed as "Pending" (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/payment-history.html)?

It appears payment for some is finalizing more slowly. While this is not something over which to become alarmed, please know that we are keeping a keen eye on the situation to ensure there is not something larger going on.

To this end, and if you are willing, I would appreciate it if you could keep me updated. :)
