I have a WOW account that I've had for quite sometime now, and things have changed . . . biggest problem being, I need to change my e-mail address, but the old email was deactivated a LONG time ago and I don't even remember the numbers at the end because I never used it for anything but WOW stuff. I have information to verify that I am the owner of the account; name, password, ENTIRE CD key, I know the answer to the security question I made JUST NOT THE EXACT FORMAT (spaces, caps, etc...) Can anyone help me? I sent an email in quite sometime ago, and haven't been able to get an answer yet . . .

If you do not possess access to the address currently registered to your account, Drudgel—or even know which address is associated—I would encourage you to contact Billing & Account Services tomorrow (or at your next earliest convenience). Our representatives therein will be happy to assist with a manual update of your registered email address provided that you can verify ownership of the account. Given your assertions, I believe this will not be difficult for you. :)

    Live Representatives Available Mon-Fri, 8am to 8pm PST
    For phone assistance please call: 1 (800) 592-5499 || 1 (800) 59-BLIZZARD

In the meantime, go ahead and set up an email address you wish to associate with your account. To bolster your account's security, you may wish to ensure that the username and password for this address do not sync up with that of the WoW account in question or with any other online log in you possess at this time (for example: public profile, guild forum name, Amazon.com login, etc).

I wish you luck, my friend! If you've any further questions, please let me know. I'll be happy to assist in whatever way possible.
