"privalaged account"? (SP?)

So this guy named [Removed] on my server claims to have a privileged account having both horde and alliance on a PVP server on the SAME account. Not only that but he threatens to ban/suspend players whom he doesn't agree with. He sent my boyfriend an in game mail with this written on it and whispered us in tells saying these things. Claiming to be a GM, he is either a GM that is abusing his power or he's impersonating a GM. We opened a ticket in game and found it was just dismissed. For some reason on our server tickets are just disappearing for no reason as well. Any responses to this? I'm very confused.

The name, and realm of the character that received this mail.
When they received it.

What character submitted a petition regarding the matter? I don't see you having submitted one regarding the matter.

I was able to locate a petition that was placed on the 7th; has this harassment transpired at any point after that? If it has, have either of you reported it?
