If you already have a Parental Controls password setup, please attempt to reset your password using the following link:

After doing so please log into the Parental Controls portion of account management and set the schedule to be completely clear (All Green). You will then need to submit the new schedule using your new Parental Controls password and the "Submit Schedule" button.

If Parental Controls were not setup on your account prior to the issue, then please attempt to setup a Parental Controls password, and then manually deactivate them using the same steps as above. A direct link to the Parental Controls page can be found here:

If you need any assistance in setting up Parental Controls, or need help recovering an old password, Billing department may be able to assist by phone.

Q u o t e:
I have gone through the Parental Controls reset process. However, Parental Controls are linked to an email address that is no longer valid. The information provided to me by Account Services will take a number of days to resolve. I would much prefer something be done on the back end while I go through the process of changing my email address on Parental Controls.

I apologize if this process causes any inconvenience. However, if the email address on the Parental Controls is out of date, it will need to be updated via the normal procedure in order to address the issue further.

As we process all emails and faxes in the order they received, an ETA for when your request will be processed is not available, but I assure that it will be done as soon as possible.
