How to become a WoW GM

Hi there, I have been playing WOW for app. 2 years.. And I was wondering how to become a wow GM.
I looked it up on google and my friend tried to help me but nohing. I found one website and it was for a private server.. SO not worth it. So if anybody can please help me i would be very thankful =D
