Character Recustomization

I did a char recustomization earlier, and the button still isnt appearing on my character to let me do it. I have been logged out for over 30 minutes, like it says to do. Is something wrong with my transaction or do I need to wait a little longer?

I would be happy to look into this situation for you, Dessari. However, I have been unable to find any record of a Character Re-customization taking place on the account you are posting from.

Would you please provide me with the character's name and realm that you are attempting the Character Re-customization for?
