There are times, Vivilros, when something that was done in-game appears like a violation, and the appropriate actions are taken. Upon further review they were able to determine that it was a false positive.
I'm glad that it was straightened out so quickly and of course I'm sorry for the inconvenience that it may have caused you.

Actually, it could have a factor.
Due to the nature of colors, and light/heat absorption, a darker colored car would emit more heat — and thus, an air flow upwards — than a lighter color car. As such, the air flow around the car, and therefore the aerodynamic capabilities of the car could be affected — albeit in a likely minor fashion, which may, or may not have any noticeable influence. =)
