Lament of the Highborne

Now and again a young adventurer will turn in a quest to Sylvanas in Undercity that causes her to begin singing. When Sylvanas begins singing and you are in the throne room, do you kneel down to her? Or do you ignore it? Do you watch it?

I always /kneel to her and turn on my sound when I witness the song that Sylvanas sings. It is a neat little event as well.

I also /kneel and stay for it the whole thing if I happen to be by when someone turns it in.

It's a shame I'm alliance, because from the videos I've seen it looks and sounds pretty cool.
However, I wouldn't get to experience the joy of /yelling YES SIR GLORY TO THE ALLIANCE SIR whenever a Death Knight is created.

It doesn't take too long to work your way through the Blood Elf quests to get to this one if you ever wanted to see it in the game. :)

I do have a 35 Blood elf, yet never experienced this quest.
I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say it was one from the Ghostlands or something and I completely skipped it.

Skipping the Ghostlands is why you didn't see it. Also, there are some nice rep rewards for Blood Elves there as well.
